This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data provided by the User through the website (hereinafter “Site”) operated by DIFUSIÓN NÁUTICA, S.A.. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice available at all time on the Site.
The User guarantees that the data provided is true, exact, complete and up to date, and shall be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, that may result from the failure to comply with this obligation. If the data provided belongs to a third-party, the User guarantees that he/she has informed said third party about the aspects covered in this document and has obtained his/her authorization to provide his/her data to DIFUSIÓN NÁUTICA, S.A. for the specified purposes.

2.2. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?

DIFUSIÓN NAÚTICA, S.A. processes the information provided by the User in order to meet the user’s requests. Depending on the nature of the request, the following will be managed:
