DOCUMENTATION
  1. The number of available berths at the port of departure and arrival is limited. Registrations will not be deemed complete until the race office receives confirmation of payment.

    A maximum of 40 yachts can participate in the race and applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Registrations will not be deemed complete until the race office receives confirmation of payment.

    DOCUMENTATION

    1.- Navigation certificate.

    2.- The boat's Insurance policy and valid RECEIPT for civil liability towards third parties.

    3.- MMSI Radio beacon number

    4.- 2019 RI rating certificate

    5.- Federation licence

    Registrations will not be deemed complete until the race office receives confirmation of payment. The rest of the required documentation can be submitted at a later time.

    For further details on registration fees, bank account number and mandatory documentation, please refer to the Notice of Race.

    The Owner or the disponent owner of the yacht Declares:

    That he/she submits to the World Sailing regulations, Federations provisions, ORC rules and the regatta's race instructions.

    That he/she accepts and takes on any responsibility related to the construction of the yacht and rigging, their security conditions and their compliance with existing provisions of both Sport and Maritime Authority, and to what can happen if they do not strictly comply with the requriements.

    That he/she takes on all the owner's responsibility specified in the notice of race and race instructions and shall not hold liable organizers and sponsors for any accidents caused to persons or things and damages or anything that could happen at sea or on land as a consequence of his/her yacht's participation in this regatta.

    That he/she has the appropriate crew and yacht insurance.

    That he/she has informed the crew of the present assumption of responsibility and that in their name excludes organizing and cooperating bodies, as well as all other companies that sponsor and collaborate in the race, from any liability, assuming responsibility for any loss or damage caused as a result of their yacht participating in the off-shore Golden Cup Barcelona regatta.

    In accordance with law 15/1999 we inform you that all the data you provide will be included in our files in order to send you information on our activities.

    You have the right to access this information, which belongs to you, and change it, cancel it as well as object to its treatment. This data could be provided to the departure and arrival port of the regatta, for it to be checked.
